Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Mixed

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed Cat

Bill the Cat needs a home

Bill resides at his foster mom's home with his brother Bon. Please e-mail [email protected] for an application, more information or to set up an appointment to meet Bill and Bob.

Bill and his brother, Bob, are about 10 years old and must be adopted together. They are both very friendly and get along very well with other cats and dogs. Everyone who meets them adores them. Both of the boys use puppy pee pads instead of a litterbox. This is most likely due to being 4 paw declawed. When provided with pee pads, they use them faithfully. They need to go to a home where they will be given what they prefer and won't expect that they can force the boys to use a traditional litter box. Bob does take prednisone because he has had issues with vomiting. He takes pills like a champ and I have no problems. Bob is also a plastic chewer and can't be trusted around things like plastic grocery bags. Yes, these boys are high maintenance...but you have to believe me that they are worth it.

Bill and Bob are both fairly vocal. Both of them have a tendency to show up as soon as my alarm goes off and prevent me from hitting the snooze.

I can assure you, these boys are the snuggliest, most lovable cats you'll ever meet. They are a joy to have in my home but I foster.

Both of them are very sweet and playful. Bill is the lap cat and will curl up on you for hours while you watch a movie. They both eat well and will do dry or canned foods. They should go to a new home where the owner will make sure to keep an eye on their weight. Bob is fine, but Bill needs a serious diet plan.

Both of them are 4 paw declawed, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. They both had dental cleanings and pre-surgery bloodwork in January of 2015. If you are interested in them and would like an application, please email [email protected]. Our normal adoption fee is $100 per cat, but a generous donor has sponsored the fee for one of the boys.
